From the early days of the Church and continuing to this day, Christian beliefs are expressed

in short statements called creeds. The word “creed” literally means I believe. At the most

basic level, the Creeds state that God is the Creator; that Christ was born of a Virgin, died

for our sins, resurrected and ascended into Heaven; and that we can be forgiven for our sins.

repeat one of these Creeds every Sunday during the service.

As sincere Anglicans, we believe the Articles of Faith provide a post Reformation guide for our

lives and ministry. We use Bible versions that are translated from the Textus Receptus, Majority

Text, or the Byzantium Text. Our services are conducted from the 1928 Book of Common Prayer.

We continue the Apostolic practice of a Bishop, the senior minister of the church. Priests, the

assistant ministers under the Bishop. And Deacons, the servants of the church assisting the

Bishop and Priests. Though some may align with larger national ministries, we prefer to keep the

New Testament format of a local Bishop.

At Grace Anglican, we hold the Traditional faith of the Scriptures. We invite you to join with

us on a Sunday morning. Our services last about an hour, with a brief intermission for those

wanting to leave before Communion. We practice Open Communion, this means that all who

have been baptized in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are welcome to partake. We

serve Communion in a single Chalice, or individual serving cups.
